Board and departments

The faculty's departments are responsible for preparing, planning, and implementing the decisions of the faculty council and the dean.

The Faculty Executive Board

The Faculty Executive Board (DGF) contributes to the development of the institution's project and the objectives and resources contract, ensuring its operational implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Under the hierarchical authority of the Director General, the central services provide the responsiveness necessary to implement these decisions in the service of the components, structures, staff, and users.

Roles and responsibilities of faculty management and departments

Based on the needs and strengths of the faculty environment, the general management proposes and regulates the allocation of resources, while identifying and supporting structural projects with a view to continuously improving the service provided to staff and users. To this end, it engages in close management dialogue with the various departments, training departments, and research laboratories. It is responsible for the organization, operation, and effective coordination of faculty services. It coordinates the network of departmental administrative managers.

It ensures the financial sustainability of the faculty's projects and activities and monitors performance indicators using the institution's expertise and tools. It organizes and monitors faculty bodies and conducts social dialogue in close collaboration with the dean. It provides legal support to departments and units. It participates in the implementation of the health and safety prevention policy within the faculty. It defines the internal communication system and ensures the smooth flow of information. In order to maintain the consistency of the institution's project and promote interaction between different professions, the general management is in regular contact with the general management of services and the departments at university level.
