the student health service (SSE) allows you to consult general practitioners, specialists and psychiatrists. This service also offers health education activities. The staff of this service are regularly present on the Pierre and Marie campus.
the Disability and Health Services for Students (SHSE), a service that is there to accompany you.

Student social security

Because good health is essential to your academic success, it is vital that you take care of your student social security affiliation and even supplementary health insurance.

Following the law on student guidance and success, the terms and conditions for joining social security have been modified.

Student health insurance

A health insurance company to protect your life and your budget, no matter what happens.

The student health insurance companies, LMDE and SMEREP, also offer supplementary student insurance that reimburses the 30% not covered by basic social security.

Student health insurance companies such as LMDE and SMEREP have offices near the Jussieu campus where you can go to obtain all the information you need to compare the coverage offered.

A month to take care of yourself
Screening, balanced breakfasts, sleep disorders, addiction prevention, and more. Take part in the many events organised throughout March on your university campus.

This initiative, organised by the Student Health Service (SSE), will be an opportunity to answer students' questions about health.

Do you need nursing care, health advice, emergency contraception, etc.?
Nurses are available at the infirmary Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The SSE's psychologists offer drop-in sessions and appointments at various university sites, as well as psychological follow-up sessions throughout the academic year.
