M2 - Statistics, learning and algorithms course
The MS2A pathway is aimed at highly motivated students with ambitions to pursue a PhD in statistics, machine learning or deep learning, or to join leading companies in the field of data processing and artificial intelligence (large corporations or innovative start-ups).

Organization
First semester (September to January)
- Pre-entry (early September) ;
- Fundamental courses - Period 1 (before All Saints' Day) ;
- Fundamental courses - Period 2 (after All Saints' Day).
Second semester (January to October)
- Opening courses (until end of March) ;
- Internship (from mid-April).
Exams are held at the end of each block (November, January and April). Make-up exams are held in June for students e⋅⋅ who did not obtain validating marks in the first session. There is compensation between courses. However, there is no compensation between semesters.

Admission
Prerequisites: M1 in applied mathematics or 2nd year of engineering school.
Job opportunities
On completion of the MS2A specialization, students e⋅⋅ can go on to a doctorate (in an academic laboratory, research organization or industry) or enter the world of business directly.
