Our alumni have worn the colors of Sorbonne University with pride

  • Benjamin Auffret, diver, with a degree in computer science from Sorbonne University, 4th in the men's 10-meter event at the Rio Games (2016) before retiring from sports in April 2021.
  • Aurel Manga, hurdler, Full master's electronics graduate, Olympic finalist in Tokyo 2021, bronze medalist at the European (2019) and World (2018) Athletics Championships in the 110m hurdles
  • Charlotte et Laura Tremble, artistic swimming duo, bachelors’ students in physics and chemistry, 8th in free duet at the World Championships in 2019, 5th in highlight at the World Championships in 2019, 2nd at the World Series in 2020.
  • Sara Labrousse, a swimmer with a PhD in oceanography after completing her studies at Sorbonne University, placed 10th in the duet artistic swimming event at the London Olympics (2012).
  • Marie Barbieux, water polo player
  • Ulrich Robeiri, Olympic champion in team fencing at the Beijing Games (2008), graduate of Polytech Sorbonne.
  • Brice Guyart  Olympic foil team champion at the Sydney Games (2000), Olympic foil individual champion at the Athens Games (2004), graduate of Polytech Sorbonne..
  • Gaël Touya, gold medal in sabre team at the Athens games in 2004, gold medal insabre  team at the 1997 world championship.
