Résumé
Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy (FCS) enables access to photophysical parameters of fluorescent species and to their diffusion dynamics in solution. Thanks to its high sensitivity and its ability to work in complex media, it has become a widespread technique in biophysics. I will presented the general principle of FCS and a few of its derivations and applications, and, for example. I will show how this can be used to study the interactions of nanoparticles with biomolecules in complex biofluids
