Master courses in Electronics, Electrical Energy and Automation - Health Engineering track
In many countries, particularly in the developed world, we are witnessing a steady and significant increase in life expectancy. From a societal point of view, this ageing of the population is associated with increasing demands in terms of prevention, care and medico-social support. The responses provided in terms of medical and surgical care and personal assistance are increasingly based on sophisticated technological developments. This evolution requires the presence of professionals at the interface between the world of engineering sciences and that of health. These courses aim to train experts capable of proposing and implementing innovative technologies for the medical world and patients.

Brief Description
Different kinds of medical non-invasive imaging techniques are studied from their underlying physics, either based on ultrasonics (echography), on nuclear magnetic resonnance (MRI), on electromagnetics (MEG, EEG).
Prerequisites
Basics in physics (mechanics, magnetics, thermodynamics) and mathematics (Fourier, differential equation).
