Master 2 in Integrative Biology and Physiology - Nutrition, Quality and Health track

In this track, we approach human nutrition from fundamental and public health aspects.

An increase in nutrition-related diseases such as obesity or diabetes, and the associated complications, is to be linked to changes in eating habits. Access to quality food has become a social requirement. The relationship between food and human health is at the heart of our training.

In our Master's programme we therefore offer training in the fields of hygiene, food quality and safety, nutrition/health communication and nutritional research and innovation.
