Apply for your first bachlor's or master's degree : the EXIL file
The "Demande d'Admission Adapté (DAA) Étudiant en Exil"(Request for Adapted Admission for Students in Exile) procedure concerns foreign students in exile, i.e. anyone who has left their country of origin, is already present in France, and wishes to apply for enrolment, particularly for the first year of a bachelor's degree. A minimum level of French B2 is required. The application campaign runs from March 15 to June 15, 2024 inclusive.
If you are in this situation and would like to join one of Sorbonne University's Science and Engineering faculties, you can apply directly via a special application form.
Once you have completed the application form (with the required supporting documents), please send it to: Sciences-DFIPVE-exil@sorbonne-universite.fr.
Please note: this procedure does not allow you to obtain a visa. If you are not on French territory, this procedure does not apply to you.
If your application is approved, we will send you an e-mail explaining how to proceed with your administrative enrollment.
Please note that if you are applying to an L1 elective, the application process is divided into several stages:
- The elective managers will offer an opinion based on your file: either you will be notified by e-mail of a direct refusal, or you will be admitted to the pre-selection phase.
- If you are admitted for pre-selection, you will be invited to take a mathematics test
- A final decision on the application will be made on the basis of the results of this test.
Apply for a year's "Diplôme Universitaire Passerelle" : the DU RESPE (Return to Higher Education for Exiled Persons)
