Here's how to make your mobility project at the Faculty of Science and Engineering a reality.

Procedure

You must first apply to your home university. Once your mobility has been accepted and you have been nominated by your home university, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the information you need to apply, as well as a link to our MoveON online application form.

Your application must include the following items:

For all

  • A PDF of your completed MoveON application form
  • A cover letter (in English or French)
  • A curriculum vitae (in English or French)
  • Latest transcripts (in English or French)
  • An official passport photo (35 x 45 mm)

PLUS for Erasmus+ students

  • Your Erasmus+ learning agreement
  • Your European Health Insurance Card

PLUS for exchange students (from outside Europe or outside the Erasmus+ program)

  • Proof of acceptance of your mobility signed by your home university
  • One or more letters of recommendation (in French or English)
  • Proof of health insurance with repatriation cover

Students with disabilities

If you have a disability, your home university must inform us when you are appointed.

Language Proficiency Certificate

Exchange students must provide a language proficiency certificate according to the courses they plan to take:

  • French: minimum level B2, certified by an official test (DALF, DELF, TCF, Alliance Française) or an official certificate from your university if the chosen courses at the FSI are taught in French.
  • English: minimum level B2, certified by an official test or by an official certificate from your university if the chosen courses are taught in English.

Once you are accepted at the faculty, you have the opportunity to improve your language skills by enrolling in French courses offered by the Language Department.
