Environmental Transition
Environmental transition mobilises basic science, participatory science, in addition to interdisciplinary dialogue and relations with civil society and policy makers.
Climate change is not only a fact to be interpreted, analysed and understood, it is also a reality to be integrated to accompany the upheavals and transitions that it entails. By choosing environmental transition as an interdisciplinary issue, our research units mobilise a wide range of skills to understand the complexity of these phenomena, to inform the decisions to be taken and to propose solutions, hence constituting a real laboratory for experimenting with different research practices and stances.
