Procedure
Here's how to make your mobility project at the Faculty of Science and Engineering a reality.
You must first apply to your home university. Once your mobility has been accepted and you have been nominated by your home university, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the information you need to apply, as well as a link to our MoveON online application form.
Your application must include the following items:
For all
- A PDF of your completed MoveON application form
- A cover letter (in English or French)
- A curriculum vitae (in English or French)
- Latest transcripts (in English or French)
- An official passport photo (35 x 45 mm)
PLUS for Erasmus+ students

- Your European Health Insurance Card
PLUS for exchange students (from outside Europe or outside the Erasmus+ program)

Students with disabilities
If you have a disability, your home university must inform us when you are appointed.
Language level
You must have a minimum B2 level in French to validate your application to FSI. Once here, you can improve your level by enrolling in the Language Department's French courses.
Transcript
At the end of your mobility, we will send your home university a transcript of your grades and the number of ECTS credits obtained. French universities use a 20-point grading system. A minimum of 10/20 is required to pass an exam.
